App Privacy Policy

The Arrival Board ("the app," "we," "us") is designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.

The short version

The Arrival Board does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. Everything you create or configure in the app stays on your device.

What the app stores (on your device only)

To make the app work, the following information is saved locally on your device and is never sent to us or any third party:

  • An optional email address, if you choose to create an account in the app
  • Your preferences and settings (theme, appearance, sound, and similar options)
  • Content you create, such as custom quotes and your board and widget text
  • Daily usage counters used to apply your plan's limits (these reset each day)

This data lives in the app's private storage on your device (and, for the Home Screen widget, in a private app group shared only between the app and its own widget). If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The app checks your subscription status through Apple to unlock the features included in your plan.

What we do NOT do

  • We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
  • We do not include third-party SDKs that collect your data.
  • We do not access your contacts, location, photos, or microphone.
  • We do not create a profile about you or sell your information.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change in a future version (for example, if optional cloud sync is added), we will update this policy and the effective date above, and describe what changes.
