Refund policy

At The Arrival Board, we want you to love what you receive. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products

We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at thearrivalboard@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your item arrived damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right immediately.

Candles, journals, and apparel are fulfilled by third-party dropship partners. In the rare case of a defective or incorrect item, contact us and we will resolve it directly.

Digital Products

All digital downloads including ebooks, PDFs, and digital content are non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your download, email us at thearrivalboard@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Coaching Packages

Coaching sessions cancelled more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. Coaching packages are non-transferable.
