Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after processing. International orders may take 10 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Multiple Shipments

The Arrival Board fulfills physical products through multiple dropship partners including Candle Builders and Printify. If your order contains items from more than one partner, your order may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at thearrivalboard@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
