All digital products sold at The Arrival Board including ebooks, PDF guides, and downloadable content are delivered instantly upon purchase via email or direct download link.

Because digital files are transferred immediately and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any of the following, email us immediately at thearrivalboard@gmail.com and we will resolve it within one business day: you did not receive your download link, your file will not open, or your file appears corrupted or incomplete.

Please ensure you have the necessary software to open your purchased files before completing your purchase. PDF files require a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat, available free at adobe.com.
