What is The Arrival Board?

The Arrival Board is a free 24/7 ambient livestream on YouTube. A mechanical split-flap display rotates through original affirmations every few seconds. When you arrive in the live chat, the board welcomes you by name.

When does the board go live?

Every morning at 8am. The stream runs 24/7 and is always available at youtube.com/@TheArrivalBoard.

Is the livestream really free?

Yes. Completely free. Always. No subscription required to watch.

How does the board know my name?

When you type in the live chat during the stream, the board displays your name in real time. It is the most human thing that happens before your day begins.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after a 2 to 5 business day processing period. International orders may take 10 to 21 business days. Some orders ship from multiple locations and may arrive in separate packages.

Can I return a physical product?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email thearrivalboard@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

Are digital products refundable?

No. All digital downloads are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue, email us and we will resolve it immediately.
